Actual screening at a US hospital yesterday while taking a friend to appt, "Have you had any symptoms like coughing or sneezing, problems breathing? Have you been around anyone with these symptoms? Here's a sticker that says you've been screened, please wear it on your shirt."
If the answer was no to both of those questions that's probably a valid screening, though I would be doing temp checks outside the front door if it was me
