We're not confident on there being two strains yet. We were caught on the back foot with tests, it's been in every major city for weeks. These results may be from Labcorp, who just started offering tests today.

Nope, lay observer making an educated guess. It's been going around Seattle since January and reports say WA was ahead of the curve on getting people tested.
