It's very serious, most likely deadlier and more infectious than flu. The numbers are showing mortality mostly in the old and sick, but there have been reports of "reinfection" causing sudden heart failure (possibly in people who were recovering but not really clear of virus)
SARS also reportedly caused long term lung damage in survivors. Could reduce long term quality of life for millions of recovered cases. Good chance to shut down industry globally but once you have recovered cases nearby you can possibly use their plasma to treat.
