We're setting up pro-active counter measures including training on washing your hands "frequently", not touching your face and also brooms to menace and push people out of the building should they sneeze or look tired.

It doesn't seem like a very good disease to have going around. I'd prefer if people stopped getting infected

I'm with ya. I'm kinda thinking divesting responsibility onto employers via OSHA on it's own isn't the best way go about controlling a highly communicable virus. You may want to think of a more centralized response.
