      They went around using vaccination sites to surreptitiously collect DNA from people in one of three countries in the world that hosts the disease. Good luck trying to ever vaccinate those guys again!

      You don't hear much from the CIA, but when you do it's always a huge fuckup where they're either sending funds to fight a different branch of the US government or helping turn a country into a sworn enemy of the United States.
