Super PACs still require a cashflow from somewhere. I've seen word that Bloomberg is trying to "encourage" donors to reel it in, which sounds about right for his typical MO, and could be effective since no other campaign has the support Sanders' has to survive on their own.

Of course, there's a question if they'll listen to him after that debate performance, but if Warren can't produce wins...well, big money doesn't like to bet on losers, and I don't think that debate performance can give her enough of a bump given how far behind she is in a lot...
