Until you understand what those drugs actually do. The two drugs in question don’t operate on the entry proteins the paper hints at having been engineered. They operate on a mechanism that only happens after the virus gets in.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lopinavir
This would make it less likely the Chinese designed it, surely, because they would know this is a waste of drugs.
