"But it belongs to the bosses!" Yeah. And the Times is one of the few institutions that's... Institutional enough to own that role. Woke radicalism is starting to look uncomfortably like a coup attempt. Why not road test a retrenchment of 90s get-alongness, with health care?

as long as the NYT is open to tearing down parroted untruths can we take out "capitalism and democracy go hand in hand" and "capitalism's efficiency dismantles the bureaucracy" when China and Singapore have proven these to be very very untrue.

the latter point has not been disproved by Sino command capitalism. Rather the US Health Care industrial complex has done a lot to send that one to the grave three decades ago.
