Is it possible to deport people without facilities that meet the strict definition of "concentration camps"?

Like, okay, kids in cages, that sucks. Imagine the best world in which we still have a border - that is, we still deport people who are not legal residents, but in the maximally humane way. We still have what appear to be concentration camps, right? Or are we using local jails?

If you don't want any borders, that's fine, but considering no candidate or political movement exists to permanently halt deportations... What's the rush to coalesce around some shitty Democrat?
