The presence or even prevalence of unfairly prejudicial views in society is not a political issue unless the state explicitly pushes those views on citizens through official organs

That's the long and short. This is apolitical. It has nothing to do with the election because we're not voting for the soul of America, we're voting for what we want the federal US government to do
