Let me pull back the curtain, guys: the "autistic people" being represented are two substantively different groups with the same name. AS is not trying to kill you. They are trying to save parents from the horror of raising non-verbal children who will never work or marry.

I have to admit I find it kind of puzzling that they've decided to get rid of the "Asperger's" designation and just make everything ASD, as though the terms weren't broad enough before
