It might actually be worse if she won. The Republicans would have four years to come up with a replacement for Trump that people take seriously and eight years to the next contested Democratic primary.
Meanwhile she'll absolutely tank the legislature by continuing to tie the DNC to wealthy districts and coastal states, handing the GOP the workers and lumpen who were previously split by cultural polarization and essentially complete control of the government for 20 years.
