She's not accusing you of being anti-materialist, from what I can tell. The operative objection is less 'purely ideological' than 'of the working class.' The idea that wedge issues have to be channeled correctly to avoid workers enacting fascism.
She's essentially making her own separate point inspired by the discourse. Obviously she's being rude and she seems to have beef with you that I don't entirely understand. You kind of come to expect it though, and most people immediately respond in kind.
