White Supremacy and Nazism are not existential threats. They have no power. They're historical phenomena used by propagandists to scare you. Are there some people with bad ideas? Sure. But the power of white supremacy, nazism etc was material, it was structural, it was systemic.
This is why you've never heard a single good word about Spencer in public. It's clear he's for real, but he doesn't reflect any problems the mass of people face. The right wing (correctly) perceive that Spencer was strategically elevated by the liberal press as a chosen enemy.
