It's probably not an unfair prejudice, but the majority of traffic stops don't involve a pimpmobile. If you're fishing for drugs with speeding stops, you'll prefer either the above car or a run-down shitbox. The shitboxes are safer to deal with overall and there are more of them.
I don't think we have license plate light regs here, thankfully. The things are painted with corner reflectors. You can read them as long as you have headlights.
