if i had a real post, i think it's cowardly because the edginess in the new COD seems to be on portraying a hardcore, unvarnished "realism" (e.g. killing a screaming civilian so she doesn't give out your position) which makes whitewashing things like this play off as really bad
It's kind of moot just because the proportion of gamers who are going to pay the slightest attention to the dialogue in a COD single player campaign is tiny even among people who buy the game. This isn't Lucina showing up to go on a rant about removing kebab in a FE game
