Listening to the Chapo interview with Naomi Klein and getting angry.

Klein's thesis is based around the assumption that human lebensraum is shrinking as a result of climate change. It's inevitable and imminent, and there is apparently no point in even attempting to protect poor countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America from destruction.

The only solution discussed is open borders. There is no conception of the poor people of the world except as refugees. They have no control of their destiny, but will have to be accepted into rich countries as refugees or otherwise wiped out.
