They're dedicated to austerity. They live in fear of redistribution within borders because they believe the true communist project is divesting the "imperial core" (always and forever delimited by ethnicity) of its ill-gotten gains.
They know this is wildly unpopular and lowkey kinda racist so they prevaricate about how stupid and insane you have to be to take the problems of the deplorables seriously at all - because dealing with, rather than exacerbating, those problems is what they imagine fascism to be.
