What does this even mean this is incoherent
She's implying Norm saw Sean's post five days ago and only now managed to "reply" to it. But that's uncharitable at best - Norm tweeted a video of Shane minutes prior, meaning he had likely just seen or been sent the tweet to which he then replied.
