I got lost in Asakusa at 2:30am multiple times trying to find my hotel and lost like 20 pounds just walking for hours. I sat on a skyscraper smoking menthols without realizing you could crush the ball listening to Blade Runner Blues.

When I'm traveling alone I get myself lost on purpose. If I have free time I go out and walk for a while, then try to find my way back without reusing any routes
