She, along with every other candidate nodding to it, only backs reparations because she knows it's impossible on a bare technical level, ie before you factor in political impossibility
Here's one problem with reparations: you need a list of every person in America descended from slaves. Here's another: you have to draw up a blood rule once you have the list. Anything that doesn't require this isn't really reparations.
