Would you like to give an example of a type of racial discrimination that wasn't aided by the American ruling-class' deliberate manipulation of national identities? You're the one arguing uphill, I'm not. There isn't just Jim Crow, there's eugenics, redlining, etc.

This is 100 percent not a class analysis, because white supremacism is a traditional belief upheld by sections of the American ruling-class. It's like trying to understand politics without knowing what a liberal or a conservative worldview is.

I'll do you one better: it's a belief invented by the US ruling class. It specifically arose to justify slavery in the face of democratic reforms of the federal government. It served their interests as the ruling class. It did metastasize, but in Germany, almost a century ago.
