Okay after cursory examination of the "it's weed vapes" thing, because I don't trust anyone, I looked into it and it's 100% weed vapes. New additive came on the market "a few months back" that allowed manufacturers to make their cut product look more pure. It's vitamin E acetate.

Nicotine e liquid is made with PG manufactured, albeit in China, to food safety standards in massive amounts. But you don't use it to cut your THC (or synth cann) liquid because it's too runny, it doesn't look right to the customer.

In fact, there are multiple products sold commercially for this very purpose. At least one of them is killing people. Do legit manufacturers use them? Who knows. It does seem like they picked a main ingredient you're specifically not supposed to inhale.

The simple argument against weed vape carts: they're new and popular, e-cigs are established and presumably following a more stable growth curve. This isn't quite enough. The telling link is the reason this adulterant would show up in the first place, which i think is established
