My favorite take so far has been a snide dismissal of concerns over 'due process' as retrograde constitution worship.
That whole innocent until proven guilty, fair hearing, investigation thing? Yeah that's just an arbitrary thing bougie courts do. Out here in Marxtopia it's country justice.

not even like I don't understand that law is written to protect the powerful but those parts that extend to everyone as a baseline are good things. Magna Carta was good now that we all have some of those protections.

And there are times when appeals to law are futile and there's a release valve that has to be opened extra-judicially. But I also know when people are just being idiots and the mob is just gone over to blood lust and they are just acting like savages towards one another.
