This is the politics with which the DSA aligned itself last weekend. Faux identitarian "vulnerability" and "trauma" concealing hegemonic, militaristic power at the top of the class structure.

Quelle surprise that an abusive asshole violently threatens me out of the blue this week, smearing anyone who talks class politics as transphobic. Quelle surprise that Angela must be a fascist for criticising DSAs idiotic behaviour. This is what this politics is.

And the beauty and the cruelty of it, is the cynical weaponisation of "trauma" and "marginality" as a shield and an excuse for the fact that you're inflicting abuse on others, whilst rendering the structural dynamics of neoliberal depravity invisible.

It's not a coincidence that the people that these violent vigilantes attack first are those who reject their revolting empty cruelty despite being within the "identity" group they purport to speak for, women criticising idpol need to go first, because they expose the lie.
