It's not just embarrassing, it derails and dilutes meetings when people police gendered language and whine about other's behaviors including holding quiet convos in a large auditorium? Every left movement in this country goes down because of selfish behavior like this.

It's actually fairly understandable in the context of a group that reasonably refuses to engage with the state criminal justice system. What is less understandable is the feeding frenzy that occurs whenever someone with an invisible disability smells a drop of blood in the water
Like, as leftists, crime is a touchy subject, especially the types that we can't immediately link to poverty. Interpersonal/domestic violence is always case-by-case and there are rarely witnesses. On the other hand, everyone on Twitter has now seen the demand for no clapping.
