Harassment and breach of contract. Good luck with that.
Reading closer, they're accusing the college of refusing to enforce its anti-harassment policies against antisemites, and thereby discriminating against Jewish students. It's painfully clear what's going on, but I don't doubt there's a judge out there who would grant it.
