You’re correct there. And any other felon who touched the gun, even with the defense of saying they wanted to turn it in to the police would have gotten “manslaughter” in that case.

Key word is innocent woman, does not matter what race the shooter was or victim, what matters is she was innocent!

That sounds good and we all wish it was the case. I have family that have been locked up in prison for gun possession, and this guy is let go after killing someone. Unfortunately race in America does matter when it comes to jail time
