        I love this discussion of principles. I urge you to first listen to successful people’s principles because they’ve proven to be successful. Then choose the ones that you think are best and note what they are. And then write down yours as you learn.

        Be equally willing to take in as you are to put out. When you can see things at the principle level you will see that the same things are happening over and over again and how to deal with them well.

        1. Everyone starts at the beginning. If your family, your society, is good or stable or has means, lucky you. If not, it's a harder, longer road. Keep that in mind when judging others.

        1/ Be present. You’ll be happier. The people around you will feel the difference. 2/Be curious. You can learn from everyone. 3/ Be vulnerable. It’s hard. It means admitting mistakes and being honest. It opens up so many possibilities.
