@stevesi mentioned—developing our thinking, collaborating in real time, capturing feedback, and getting teams in sync. Only difference is we use Dropbox Paper

I had a manager once who (and as a manager I would) asked for presentation documents to be sent 15–20 minutes before a meeting so he could read and be up to date. I liked that model. Saved all meeting time for discussion.
