Nice of you to reply to /this/ tweet. You have never commented on the many times your under-investment in support has enable my harassers.
-
There's an opportunity now. Do you have /anything/ to say about the quality of support abuse sufferers have received over last 7+ years?
-
I once warned Twitter about an account threatening to publish my home address. You did nothing until they published, & that was days after.
-
I asked for a simple contact address and incident number I could refer to police, who needed a lot of hand-holding. Twitter blanked me.
-
Vexatious complaints against me by these same people sailed through. I was once suspended for 'abuse' and no-one could identify the abuse.
-
So, yeah, thanks for the 'No', but I've already heard that from Twitter many, many times.
-
If you want to impress me, show me the report on what you spent on your abuse support staff year on year compared to the cash rolling in.
-
Oh and thanks for compelling myself & other victims to tackle this publicly. It really energises the people targeting us. Did you know that?
