Good question. This is why we’re focused on understanding what conversational health means. We see a ton of threats to health in digital conversation. We’re focuse first on off-platform ramifications (physical safety). That clarifies priorities of policy and enforcement.

For instance, we look at probability of abuse from any one account. If someone is abusing one account, likely doing the same elsewhere. We can use that to potentially interstitial.

Yes, “dead naming” so if I was born female and my name was Sarah and then I transitioned and decided to go by Maximilian or Max for short, even if you knew me as Sarah for 30 years and you accidentally called me Sarah you could be banned.
