I have done Twitter events, calls, & given reams of suggestions. Many of which are employed successfully on other platforms. I work with ASU & other researchers on the topic of online harassment & the gamification of hate. This is not inventing the wheel. You could fix so much

I know. We’ve def been slower than we’d like, or are capable of. We’re in a much better place now after identifying and fixing a lot of the blockers. On me and us to continue to up the bar and pace.

I hope that you mean that & you follow through. Because otherwise this platform will choke itself out in a sea of bots & harassment & people will drift elsewhere faster than the articles indicate. Twitter is only relevant if it is useful & increasingly it is less necessary

Prove it. Start getting rid of Nazi and other hate groups. Have a more responsive, human-driven reporting process.

At some point the issue is at the top. Because you have the exact same "important criticisms" response every time a famous white woman leaves this platform. And then you do nothing much about the issue. You certainly ignored WOC & other marginalized people being driven off.

Your algorithms still impact people responding to harassment. Bot attacks & impersonation are still rampant. I still can't report accounts that are known harassers & expect much of a response. And I am verified with custom tools built for me. Most can't access that.

And you are correct, some of your staff works very hard to get things done, to get the processes in place. But they cannot implement them without approval. And that's the failure point. You are the bottleneck after over 4 years of this problem developing. It was a spark then
