So, for the love of the internet Gods, please help me.

At this point, I just need clear instructions on what I need to do in order to have my own Wi-Fi networks in my part of the house. I need clear instructions on how to do this because I don't want to waste any more time or money.

One of your reps even told me that it's not going to work because if my device was compatible it would just work. This is after I informed him or her that the device that I bought was on your approved list of compatible devices.

I cannot simply plug this in as a router into the existing modem because that's not going to solve the issue of me being able to access the Wi-Fi in a part of the house that's so far away that the first network doesn't reach.

I bought an Xfinity approved surfboard. It has both a modem and a router. All I'm doing is plugging it in as a router and trying to access my own Wi-Fi networks that are on this second router. The surfboard is connected directly to the coaxial cable.

I've been talking to your customer reps for hours and after repeating myself I don't know how many freaking times they are now telling me that they can't help and to research the forums and figure it out on my own. That's not acceptable.

Everything is set up. All they need to do is give my surfboard permission by activating it on the Xfinity network. That's It. Ugh Any help would be seriously appreciated. THANK YOU ♡

Spent 2+ hours yesterday repeatedly explaining myself over the phone and online and still, nothing. Still being asked for an activation code that doesn't work when entered lol
