Hey, i just wondered why you patch this with „movz w20,
#0x0“ since this statement compares register x8 with 0 and if true it set‘s w20 to 0 in other word‘s this is the method if you aren‘t jailbroken ..pic.twitter.com/uPbIn9Fcfa

1st thanks for reading! CSET is an alias for CSINC (Conditional select increment) which will return the 1st operand (x8) if they are not equal or increment the 2nd operand (0x0) if they are and set it on w20.

Great question! Sadly not at the moment. I’ll have to experiment and create a build for the simulator. But I’ll open source the app and you can build it yourself :)
