Personally I don't think
#itvnews are entitled to ask advisers like Dominic Cummings anything at all. Dominic's job is to advise & work for the PM. It is@BorisJohnson's job to speak to the press or directly to voters via social media as he sees fit. -
ITV News, and anyone else in the MSM, are perfectly entitled to ask questions of an unelected bureaucrat who is effectively the de facto PM.
