    I thought I was the only one who added smiley faces/happy emojis to business emails?!?! Worrying about my "tone" as I deliver truth/facts is exhausting!

    My first instinct is still to add smiley faces in industry emails in order to not come off harsh or cold. But now I’m deleting them before I sent the email...which is progress. If I need to add a smiley face to an email to avoid someone disliking me, they’re probably not worth it
