End cards w/ external links is a feature available to YPP members today but we're working on building out separate eligibility criteria so channels below the threshold can still use it. Criteria is needed for this specific feature to curb abuse on the platform (since this feature enables linking to external websites). We want to make sure those who use the feature are following community guidelines.
This is pathetic, channels with under 1000 subscribers still have regular viewers and we should be able to use end cards and other features that we’ve been able to use in the past! Come on YouTube, get your act together!
