So I've been taking weekly shirtless progress photos to help document my #weightloss in a way other than just looking at numbers on a scale. Still a long way to go, but seeing progress in the space of 6 weeks has motivated me to no end. Operation Big Jake to Beefcake is go! 
I may post the photos one day (probably not), but honestly having something physically documented is so helpful on days where temptation feels like it may win.
