I REALLY need to stop looking at houses online before we've got our deposit savings together. I keep seeing some absolute stunners which I know will have gone by the time we come to looking. :(

Absolutely! I keep seeing a load of lovely houses in shite locations, or shit houses in great ones too which is frustrating. Loads up near Havelock but I'd be no good up there as I'd just want to dropkick anyone in one of the uniforms
