Deleted Twitter and Facebook from my phone this week. I gotta say - it's refreshing not to be so connected in my spare time.

I'm still going to use Twitter and Facebook - but only when I have access to a PC. I'd spend so much time just switching back and forth between the apps on my phone in my down time I realised I never really "switched off". The difference it's made has been eye-opening!
