From what I watched of it from ya stream last night, It looks really good.
Back 4 Blood has some interesting mechanics through its decks system and the game director to keep runs fresh. I can see myself sinking a lot of hours into it because of these systems. Definitely scratches that Left 4 Dead itch.

Hard to say as the alpha only includes one Act, so don’t want to judge too early. That said, initial impressions of it are very positive and it definitely lives up to the name so far.
