After finding it increasingly harder and harder to switch off from work on a night time after working from home for a while now, I've finally made the decision to delete teams and my work email from my phone. I feel liberated.

I've got them on my phone but I turned off notifications on both. That works well for me at least

Ahhhh fair enough, I'm very much in the mindset of "if I'm not on the clock its not my problem until I am" whilst we're in this work from home mode.
