I've got them on my phone but I turned off notifications on both.
That works well for me at least

After finding it increasingly harder and harder to switch off from work on a night time after working from home for a while now, I've finally made the decision to delete teams and my work email from my phone. I feel liberated.

I've done that as well. Really helps. Also found that clocking in/out each day helps me mentally to separate work time from non work time. (I use http://clockify.me for this - it's free to register/use).
