Cancer is a vile, horrible disease. I pray for the day when the statistics aren't as terrifying. My love goes out to everyone who has experienced Cancer in any form. I hope the future brings us closer to ending it altogether.

On #WorldCancerDay I'll remember my Nan, who bravely fought but sadly lost her battle with Breast Cancer just over a year ago. She'll be with me always.
I'll also pay tribute to my Dad, who fought Kidney Cancer and kicked it's arse a couple of years back. Beyond proud of him.

I lost my gran about a year ago too, after she stopped getting treatment for it. Has stuck with me. It's just terrible no matter what stage of life :(
