I haven't played Sekiro yet (it's on my to do list), but from my experience with other Souls games I'd say that Jedi has a much more forgiving combat system than most others in the genre. Far more traversal options than most, though. Level design is solid!
It's definitely not a perfect game, there's a lot of things I'm not a fan of (the time it takes to heal being quite delayed from the button press, parries being hit and miss sometimes, and general combat feeling a bit clunky), but it's still 100% pure joy.
