I don’t know if this is just me or it’s indicative of my entire generation but I just ‘remembered’ that people who are engaged/married often share bank accounts and something in my brain broke. Why? What if the other person is bad with money? How do you track your spending? WH
I have my own personal account for my wages and then me and my fiancee share accounts for food/bills. We sometimes dip into the joint accounts for things, but we always let each other know when that is and we can both keep track through mobile banking if needs be.
