Sometimes I do get sad working in the games industry. I have to remind myself that I make games for a living and my job is to make people have fun so I need to stop putting so much pressure on myself. Anybody else feel like this sometimes?
I think the trick is to disconnect yourself from the job when you aren't at your desk. It's tough, and I feel hypocritical saying it because I struggle with it myself, but I do feel better for it when I manage it. You are you who you are regardless of your 9 to 5, mate.
