#EGX was fun again this year! Didn't feel as packed as other years which was nice. Definitely felt the lack of Xbox presence though. Love me some Xbox goodies! Met up with some good friends and met an online friend I've had for years for the first time! Great weekend all in all.

Egx is always good, but some Egx’s are just better than others, this wasn’t one of those years for me. So many games not there that should have been, some even teased by EGX themselves. I wonder if devs and publishers are just forgetting about EGX.
When you take a look at the playable demos that other expos have, EGX isn't far off the mark. With us being where we are (the UK), its a bigger inconvenience to travel here to put on talks about games that aren't playable here either, so I get it. It's a slower year for sure.

There were some games that had the marketing ramped up but not playable. The walkways to the expo from the station were decorated in Fallout 76 adverts, they had a massive photobooth and a store, but not Fallout 76 or any Bethesda game for that matter TLDR salty about no fallout.

Yeah I must admit I got suckered in with the fallout bit. Went over to the cool looking stand only to find out it was a glorified picture booth hahaha
