Why is it that every time I get an @VirginTrains service to London, there's some kind of issue with the seating. No reservations, kids ad folks with disabilities stood up loaded to the hilt with bags. Will we get compensation? If not me, then what about your disabled passengers?

Hey! The 11:47 to London Kings X from doncaster. Reserved seats about 2 months ago, but they've been cancelled due to earlier disruptions. Like I say I don't mind for my own sake, but when there are disabled passengers left standing and being ignored by staff it's a bit poor :(
